While navigating the festival footprint, attendees collect custom 8.5" x 11" "How-To" skill guides from local groups, table hosts, and performers.

Before heading home, bring your collected pages to the Bookbinding Station at RELAY Santa Fe to hand-bind them into a free, personalized community resource manual.
Participant & Host Questions
Are there vendor or booth fees to host a table?

No, the festival eliminates all entry and booth fees for participating non-profits, artists, advocacy groups, and local businesses.

Instead of paying a fee, participants share a practical skill and contribute a custom "How-To" page(s) for attendees to bind into their handbooks.
What are the requirements for designing a "How-To" page?

Pages must feature actionable skills or community knowledge (e.g., "How to Mend a Hem") rather than standard commercial flyers.

Submissions must be standard letter size (8.5" x 11") with instructions in the body and your contact info at the bottom; Design templates are provided.
Can items or services be sold at the event?

Food and beverage spots are limited, with priority given to vendors operating within a gift economy or mutual aid framework.
Accessibility & Logistics
Is the festival accessible and bilingual?

Spatial layouts adhere to universal design principles to comfortably accommodate wheelchairs, strollers, and varied seating needs. All Trades Rd. is an unpaved surface, please keep this in mind when attending.
